Entre folie tzigane, valse de cabaret et jazz nomade, Gabriel Bismut (violon et alto) et Maurizio Minardi (accordéon) n'ont pas choisi. Mieux encore, ils sont parvenus à composer leur propre alliage à partir de ces éléments et à évacuer ainsi la menace du cliché. Si les tonalités impressionnistes de leur musique évoquent inévitablement une forme de nostalgie, c'est avec une grâce toute personnelle.
